Returns, Refunds, and Shipping Policy
Returns and Refunds
1. New and unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund of the merchandise cost only. We'll also pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items must be returned in unused/unmarked/sellable condition.
2. Items sold as a prepackaged bundle or kit must be returned with all components in unused/unmarked/sellable condition.
3. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item from us, please Contact Us so that we can fix this for you! We will gladly ship a replacement and assist you with your return.
4. DVDs may be returned for refunds only if unopened. If opened and defective, they may be returned only for replacement of the same item within 30 days of receipt.
5. Any return that does not comply with the above policy may be rejected at our discretion.
6. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When Returning Items:
Send us the item you are returning along with a copy of the purchase receipt and note reason for return. We recommend insuring your return.
Because this is a post office box, please do not send your package by UPS or FedEx. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your return or exchange.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Most orders ship next business day from our facility in Coral Gables, FL depending on availability. We do NOT ship on weekends or Holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
